Refunds are available for all full priced items, items must be returned within 14 days of receipt for a refund. Any received thereafter may be declined.
Items must be returned in there original condition including ALL tags and must not have been worn. We will credit your original method of payment within 10 working days of return of your item minus the original shipping charge. (if applicable)
All sales items are non refundable and cannot be exchanged for change of mind, wrong size selection. All items purchased on sale are FINAL SALE.
All full price items purchased during a sale period will be eligible for a exchange or credit note. No refunds will be accepted
Swimwear, intimates and earrings are not refundable and unable to be returned due to hygienic reasons in line with the Consumer Law and if there is no breach of consumer guarantee.
The cost of the return shipping is at the customer’s expense and is non- refundable.
Please note all SALE items are final. No exchanges or refunds allowed on sale items.
How to return?
Send your purchase back to us within 14 days from the date your parcel was delivered. You will need to enclose a copy of the return form (click here). Head to your local post office and post your returning parcel to:

Voluptuary Boutique highly recommends that you return your parcel with registered post, this way you can track your parcel and make sure that it reaches us safe and sound. When your parcel arrives we will contact you and refund your order within 2 business days. It may take up to 3-4 business days for your account to be credited. Voluptuary Boutique will not accept returns on worn, damaged or items that are not in a resalable condition.
